WCHS Criteria

WCHS utilizes an application criteria to determine students entered into the lottery for admissions.  This criteria is in the process of being finalized for the Fall of 2025 application cycle.  While the final criteria has not been set, it will utilize GPA from both seventh and eighth grade as the primary data for students applying for the incoming ninth grade class.  Students applying to attend grades 10 through 12 will be evaluated based on their high school transcript and admitted based on available space.

The incoming ninth grade class will admit 220 applicants selected from the students entered into the lottery.  All students not selected in the lottery will be placed to the waitlist, with the waitlist order determined by lottery.
