We will have textbook and Chromebook checkouts by grade level beginning Friday, August 21. 

• 9th grade – Friday 8/21
• 12th grade – Monday 8/24
• 11th grade — Tuesday 8/25
• 10th grade — Wednesday 8/26

Students should bring their student ID, wear a mask and other personal protective gear to their designated day and time.  We will have a one-way flow of traffic starting at the main entrance, near the front office — students will exit through the doors near the north parking lot in front of the cafeteria.  

(If you are not able to make your designated day and time, please contact the office to arrange a pick up on Thursday 8/27 or Friday 8/28, between 8:30 & 11:30 am.) 

On the regular pickup days, please use the following alphabet designated times:

Last Name A-C, 9:00 am – 9:20 am

Last Name D-F, 9:20 am – 9:40 am

Last Name G-I, 9:40 am – 10:00 am

Last Name J-L, 10:00 am – 10:20 am

Last Name M-O, 10:20 am – 10:40 am

Last Name P-R, 10:40 am – 11:00 am

Last Name S-U, 11:00 am – 11:20 am

Last Name V-X, 11:20 am – 11:40 am

Last Name Y & Z, 11:40 am – 12:00 noon

Some textbooks will be available online; however, students will need social science, world language, and many elective books. Our goal is for each student to have access to their own laptop for school work. If your student needs a Chromebook, please plan to check one out on your designated day. 

Finally, we will continue to monitor the air quality conditions; if conditions become worse, we may alter our schedule for safety reasons. Thank you!
