We proudly present our West Campus High School students who participated in this year’s Construction Industry Education Foundation: CREATE Mentoring Program. (CREATE stands for Construction, Re-development, Engineering, Architecture, Trades, & Education.)

Our students received the opportunity to work with various mentors from the engineering, architecture, and construction industry to simulate the comprehensive process of planning, designing, and building a structure. They had to bring a Career & Technical Education Program to West Campus and design a building that matched both the program and existing buildings. Our students also got to visit active job sites and attend the Annual Competition/Awards Banquet on December 9th to present their projects against other participating schools from throughout California.
