Along with Miwok Middle School, West Campus High School was recently selected for the prestigious 2024 California Distinguished Schools Award. Since its inception in 1985, the California Distinguished Schools program recognizes two categories of exceptional schools: those closing the achievement gap and those demonstrating exceptional student performance. To select California Distinguished Schools, the California Department of Education (CDE) uses multiple measures to identify eligible schools based on their performance on the state indicators as specified on the California School Dashboard. Congratulations to our students, staff, and thank you to the families for supporting their students so they can thrive academically and socially at West Campus.
Please continue reading for additional updates.
Thank you,
John McMeekin – Principal
