Hello West Campus Families,

Thank you to Ms. Roland and all of our volunteers for making the first week of AP exams go as smoothly as possible. And to our students: keep up the studying and good luck on the exams this next week. If you or your student is unable to make it to an exam, there will be make-up exam times. Please reach out to Ms. Roland (euniceann-roland@scusd.edu) on making up AP exams. 

While the rest of the nation has been celebrating teachers this past week, West Campus will be celebrating Staff Appreciation Week the week of May 20th, after AP exams. The staff have been working extra hard as we approach the end of the school year, so feel free to share your appreciation with them at any time. 

One of our students, Jacob Miguelino, current junior has qualified to compete at the Division 1 Men’s Gymnastics National Championships which will be held in Daytona, Florida May 7 to May 12. As well, he was awarded Academic All American at regional championships by USA gymnastics. Jacob, along with his two other nationals qualifier teammates, were featured on KCRA.
