Principal’s Message

Hello West Campus Families,

Welcome to the start of the second semester.  Hopefully all students have found their way into their new classes and Google Classrooms to begin their learning for this semester.  

This month is Black History Month.  This month’s SEL mini-lesson will be on the Black History Month theme and we will have a panel discussion zoom next Wednesday to help our school community engage in the learning of Black History Month.

Quick note: Monday, January 8th and Monday, January 15th are both school holidays with no live learning taking pace on those days.  

Hopefully everyone had a chance to view this video in support of our Cameras On Campaign.  This campaign is designed around encouraging students to have their cameras on during class to increase engagement and encourage active involvement in distance learning.  If it is possible for you to have your camera on, please do so for the benefit of the school community.  We will develop some incentives to continue this campaign.
