 Happy Friday Warriors! With finals coming up and our world providing us with enough stress to last the decade, it’s more important than ever to remember to take a step back and breathe. When our situation in life becomes overwhelming or painful, setting aside a calm, quiet moment to center yourself is a simple way to manage the subject of your distress. A personal recommendation of mine would be applications such as Headspace or Calm; these cover well thought-out (and non-time consuming) lessons on mental health and mindfulness.
