The Sacramento State Alumni Association is now accepting scholarship applications for students planning to attend Sacramento State. Awards of $3,000 for the 2021-22 academic year are available. 

All applications must be submitted by Monday, March 15, 2021.

An applicant for this award must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.7 or better and have applied for full-time enrollment at Sacramento State.

A selection committee will review and rate applications based on:

1. the candidate’s ability to achieve academic success
2. demonstrated leadership and participation
3. service in school and the community
4. hardships and obstacles, financial or otherwise
5. the quality of the application materials

There is no significance, benefit, advantage, or disadvantage given to an applicant related to a member of the Alumni Association or graduate of Sacramento State.

The Alumni Association will notify scholarship awardees in May 2021, after verifying acceptance to Sacramento State.
