Foundation Updates
Sunday, October 22, 2023

Thank you to those families who volunteered and donated to the Homecoming Dance. The students had a great time and appreciated all the food and drinks that were provided.

Senior trip scholarship - Want to go on the senior trip but money is holding you back? Thanks to the generosity of the foundation, there are 4 partial scholarships available! Go to the google classroom where an assignment has been posted with a google form you can fill out. Four students will be chosen at random and those who have already signed up and placed a deposit can also participate! The deadline for this is Nov 1st, please check it out on the Google classroom.

Fall Pie Sale: Don’t forget to order your pies for the holidays. The 10” frozen pies will last for up to a year in your freezer. Campus pick up is on Nov 8 and 9; pies are $18 each and proceeds go to campus and teacher club needs. Order your pies here by October 27th:

We want your Feedback: So far, our parent involvement survey has yielded 42 responses. Thank you to those who responded! Given the student body is ~880 students, we are hoping for a lot more survey results, so the Foundation can serve our families better. Please complete the survey here by October 31st. Questions about the survey? Please contact Diana Williams Corless at

October Fundraising: There are many ways to support West Campus and in October we’d like to highlight three ways to donate to the Foundation

  • Match your Foundation donations! Work for an employer that does donation matching? If you work for Intel, Apple or the hundreds of corporations that utilize Benevity, your employer may provide donation matching. look up the Foundation or use our Benevity ID #840-731635806.
  • United Way/Our Promise: If you work for the State of CA, SMUD, Target or 250+ local companies, you can donate through the United Way Our Promise platform. This is not employer matching, but regular payroll deductions. Every dollar donated makes a big impact!
  • Become a Community Partner: If you own a small business and would like to be a community partner, check out our sponsorship levels on our website.
