On behalf of the Foundation, we wish the students great success in their finals this week! We have a lot of winter activities so please keep reading and participate in this and upcoming weeks.

Parent Mixer: Please join us for the next parent mixer on January 24th. It’s a chance to mix and mingle with your Foundation board members and meet other West Campus parents. This time we are meeting at Sac City Brews (3940 60th St, Sacramento, CA 95820) at 5:30. This is a casual meet up and we encourage you to join us!

Pancake Breakfast: The upcoming annual, schoolwide Pancake Breakfast is on January 26th and marks the end of finals week and is the culmination of our students’ very hard work this past semester. Thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer – the volunteer spots are already filled; we are now asking for donations of food and beverages.

Senior parents, senior ads are due February 8, 2024! Dig out those baby pictures and/or dedicate a space in the yearbook to remind your child how much they are loved, how proud you are, or just to make sure to get those adorable pictures seen by all their peers!

Gala Tickets Available Now: Our biggest annual fundraiser and party is on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Get gala tickets here: https://wchs.schoolauction.net/gala2024/homepages/show. Venue capacity is LIMITED and we want to make sure you can get tickets – so buy early to secure your space in the biggest party of the year. Go together with friends by securing a table. West Campus staff attend for free, and we are working on providing discounted tickets. 

The amazing band, Love + Honey, will return again for the gala. We are very much looking forward to it. And this year’s menu includes hors d’oeuvres, chicken, salmon, vegan BBQ pulled jackfruit, potatoes, salad, and a fun and lovely dessert auction.

Winter Formal: This year’s Winter Formal is on Saturday, February 10. Be on the lookout for our sign-up for volunteering and food/beverage donations. These dances are run by our ASB student dance representatives and help raise money for our students’ activities.
