WCFE General Membership Meeting: Join us at our next meeting and learn more about what the Foundation does, get updates regarding the school, and meet your board members.

Winter Formal: The Winter Formal is Saturday, February 10, and this year’s theme is Tangled. Students can buy tickets here: https://gofan.co/event/1344043?schoolId=CA22551. And families can sign up here to volunteer and/or donate snacks and beverages: https://signup.com/go/FGvMJHZ. These dances are run by our ASB student dance representatives and help raise money for our students’ activities, so please consider donating or volunteering.

Gala Tickets Available Now: Our biggest annual fundraiser and party is on Saturday, March 2, 2024. Get gala tickets here: https://wchs.schoolauction.net/gala2024/homepages/show. Venue capacity is LIMITED and we want to make sure you can get tickets – so buy early to secure your space in the biggest party of the year. Go together with friends by securing a table. West Campus staff attend for free, and we are working on providing discounted tickets. 

The amazing band, Love + Honey, will return again for the gala. We are very much looking forward to it. And this year’s menu includes hors d’oeuvres, chicken, salmon, vegan BBQ pulled jackfruit, potatoes, salad, and a fun and lovely dessert auction. 

Donations and Volunteering: Have a gift card you want to purchase or rehome for the gala? Have basket packaging materials you want to repurpose? Sponsorships: Do you know of a local business, friend, or family member that would want to help support West Campus by sponsoring the Gala? Let us know! There are many benefits to sponsoring our biggest fundraiser of the year, and sponsorships help us raise even more money for the school. Wine: Calling all wine snobs, wine club members, wineries and vintners in town. Let us feature your wine at our event. For the wine wall, tables, serving, or auctioning off, please help us make sure we have enough fermented grape juice for our event. Donate wine using the SignUp link above.
