Foundation Board Election 2024-2025: The ballot for the 2024-25 academic year is here. Nominations to be included on the ballot closed on April 22nd.  The election will close at the general meeting on May 13th. While the positions listed are uncontested, you are encouraged to review the ballot and vote. If you are interested in other volunteer opportunities or to be an assistant to a Board position, please fill out this form. You do not need to vote for all roles to cast your ballot. You may submit your ballot only one time.

Post-Gala Auction: Didn’t get the chance to attend the gala but want to participate in the auction and contribute towards campus needs, senior scholarships, and more? Join our post-gala online auction!  Thank you to our generous donors, we have amazing auction items, from college counseling, to wine tastings for up to 20 people, to a one-month membership at Rio del Oro. Check it out!  The online auction closes on May 6, 8:00 PM. Start bidding here.

General Meeting – May 13

Unity Festival – Our annual Unity Festival/Open House/Art show is coming up on the evening of Thursday, May 23rd. If you would like to volunteer, please reach out to Natasha Fine at president@wc-fe.org. Stay tuned for more information.

Foundation Scholarships – Seniors: The Application Process for the West Campus Foundation for Excellence 2024 Scholarships is Now Open!

The West Campus Foundation for Excellence is excited to offer ten scholarships of $1,000 each to graduating seniors this year. The 2024 Scholarship Selection Committee encourages all seniors to apply, whether they are pursuing a two-year or four-year degree or attending an art, vocational, trade, or technical school.

The deadline is Thursday, May 23, 11:59pm.

The application is through a Google form here. Recipients will be announced at the June 6th Senior Awards Ceremony.

  • May 6-17 – AP exams
  • May 6, 8:00 PM – Foundation post-gala online auction ends
  • May 10, 8:30-9:15 AM, Cafeteria – Coffee with the Principal
  • May 13, 6-7:30 PM, Foundation General Meeting; join in Room 56 or here
  • May 20-24 – Staff Appreciation Week and Spirit Week
  • May 23 – Unity Festival/Open House
  • May 23, 11:59 PM – Foundation scholarship applications due
  • May 27 – Memorial Day holiday
  • May 30 – 6pm, Gym – Music Program & Band Concert
  • May 31 – TOLO Dance
  • June 6 – Senior Breakfast
  • June 12 – Graduation
  • June 13 – Last day of school!!
