Cameron Wright
Engineering and AP Computer Science Teacher
My name is Cameron Wright B.S. ME, I have been directly involved
in the education of students for nearly 5 years now. As a
volunteer running the Society of Manufacturing Engineers on my
college campus teaching shop safety and processes. As a lab
technician beside a professor teaching the machining portion of
the manufacturing processes class (ME 37). For the last 3 years
as a teacher of Integrated Design Engineering & Art at Don Bosco
Technical Institute. I am coming back home to settle down and
make long lasting impacts on my community.
Running my last schools FIRST robotics team, helping my friends
design and hot fire a LoX and kerosene rocket engine, 3D printing
and laser cutting masks during the pandemic, verifying preload
conditions for precast concrete structures, fabricating, welding,
and assembling a stainless steel frame for a startup in San
Carlos, troubleshooting and implementing A* for a
micromouse competition, and starting numerous organizations
as a student and teacher are all experiences I bring inside and
out the classroom. I am jubilant to join the West Campus family!
