Senior Check-out
Lockers must be cleaned out by 2:30 p.m. on Thursday June 6th. Seniors have a two part check out process. Check out forms will be distributed to seniors during their first period class on Thursday, June 6th, and each teacher will sign the form to verify the current grade and that all materials are returned when they go to their assigned classes that day. DO NOT disturb your teacher for a signature until it is the period you are assigned to. Seniors will bring back the same form the teachers signed off on to Ms. Nobida on Monday, June 19th at her window of her office.

Seniors must clear all attendance issues prior to graduation. You have two weeks after every month ends to clear attendance. Anything beyond that cannot be cleared.

Seniors have until the day of checkout to pay any outstanding fines/ fees in order to be cleared for graduation. They will be given a notice in May of any outstanding fines/fees we are aware of at that time. It is possible to incur additional fines for such things as lost or damaged books, transcripts, unreturned sports equipment, etc. All fines must be paid in cash.

Any student needing an official transcript must come see Ms. Nobida. The first two official transcripts are free and each additional transcript is $2.00. At the end of the school year it is MANDATORY that you let Ms. Nobida know where you need your final transcript sent to if you need one. Ms. Nobida will have forms for you to fill out starting in May in her office.

Seniors will be able to start returning their books/ computers/ calculators the week of June 3, 2024. If they lose a book they will have the opportunity to order one on-line to cover the missing book in order to complete the checkout process.

On-line classes (Accelerated Education)/Junior College class
Any senior taking an on-line class or a junior college class must make sure they are staying on task and completing the class in order to meet their graduation requirements. If they cannot complete the on-line class we will have to look at adjusting their schedule so that they fulfill this process. All students taking a junior college class must submit a transcript to Ms. Nobida.
